You may or may not know that garri can be made in a couple different ways, but today we’re talking about Soaked Garri. Garri essentially is dried cassava tubers, that have been ground and fried. Soaked Garri can be made several different ways and tailored to your liking. Some people may soak their garri in milk or water, add sugar or honey, and include roasted nuts or groundnuts.
Although not native to Yorubaland, it definitely a dish we’ve all grown up on. How do you like to eat your garri?
